For almost twenty years Christian Moore (LCSW) has been energizing, engaging and inspiring audiences around the world. Christian is the founder of the WhyTry organization and author of “The Resilience Breakthrough: 27 Tools for Turning Adversity into Action.” The WhyTry Program has been implemented in over 25,000 organizations worldwide. Over 3 million students and educators have gone through his curriculum, while his book has sold tens of thousands of copies in just the last few years. Christian brings a unique perspective from his diverse and intense childhood as well as through his own lived experience traveling over 3 million miles as a national speaker. Christian has been a commencement speaker in the School of Education at John Hopkins University and has also spoken at a White House Convening.

Christian is a passionate speaker who is focused on helping people learn about the vital skills of resilience and the 3 keys to creating a resilient climate, school and workplace. Resilience is something we’re all born with – from the homeless person to the Harvard business grad. Most of us just haven’t learned how to access what’s already inside of us. In this presentation, participants will learn about where resilience comes from specifically and how they can increase their own level of resilience.

Christian speaks at over 100 conferences a year. He currently lives in the Rocky Mountains with his wife, two boys and his dog, Bandit.

Resilience is something we’re all born with – from the homeless person on the street to the Harvard business grad. Most of us – including many of our schools’ struggling students – just haven’t learned how to access what’s already inside of them. In this presentation, participants will learn about the vital skills of resilience and the 3 keys to creating a resilient climate. This engaging presentation will empower you to deliver these skills to students of any background and learning style, enabling them to thrive not only in school, but in life.
