This 6-week course is for parents interested in learning skills to build resilience in their families. Think of resilience as a muscle. Some of us have big resilience muscles and some of us could use some muscle-building. Come and learn concrete steps to build our resilience muscles!
THIS COURSE IS HELD EVERY THURSDAY FOR SIX WEEKS FROM NOVEMBER 4 THROUGH DECEMBER 9- YOU WILL REGISTER ONCE FOR THE FIRST SESSION ON OCT. 28, BUT WILL BE REGISTERED FOR ALL SIX SESSIONS.
