  • DeAnna Lloyd Principal's Message

Welcome to Daniels Canyon Elementary. Daniels Canyon consists of Pre K through fifth grade. We have an excellent team of teachers and staff who are eager to work with your students. Daniels Canyon will follow the rich history of programs associated with Wasatch School District. These include Spanish Dual Immersion, Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS), Music and Art.
Daniels Canyon's mascot is the Silver Wolf with purple and silver being our school colors. Rudyard Kipling said, "For the strength of the pack is the wolf and the strength of the wolf is the pack." As a community, we will learn to work together to strengthen and encourage each other to become good citizens. We will focus on the strengths of each individual student as they learn to set goals and work for academic success. Wolves are associated with courage, strength, loyalty, and success. All character traits we want to help our students develop.
We hope you and your student will become actively involved in our new school community. We welcome all volunteers and know that a strong community will create a strong school. If you have questions or concerns, please contact me.
