Degrees and Certifications:

Mrs. Jepperson

Hello! My name is Mrs. Jepperson and I have been teaching in Wasatch for 13 years. I started as a Special Education Severe teacher and moved into a Mild Moderate position about 5 years ago. I have loved my experience in Wasatch School District and love teaching at J.R. Smith Elementary. I went to Western Washington University for my Associates and Bachelors in Elementary Education K-12 as well as Special Education. I got my Masters degree from Grand Canyon Univerity in Special education with an endorsement in Severe/ Profound, Deaf and Hard of Hearing as well as visual impairments. I went back to school a couple years ago and got certified as a Wilson Dyslexia Practioner (W.D.P) Level 1 and I am currently working on my Level 2 license.

I am married and have 3 fantastic children Haigen (8), Tate (5) and Charley (3) as well as three dogs Milo, Doc and Tracker. I love being outdoors, camping, and spending time with my family and friends. I also am miracle morning junkie, love to bullet journal, running and my Diet Coke (as long as it is from Silver Eagle with pebble ice). I also am the Head Coach of Girls on the run at J.R. Smith Elementary. (See info below)
