Hello and Welcome!
I want to let you know that I am so happy to work in the HVE library. I feel blessed to be among students and books, one of my favorite’s things. I love to read because I can learn many things and I can go to many different places and times.
I have a wonderful family, 4 children (and their spouses), 5 stepchildren and 6 cute, sweet grandchildren. As a family we love being together anywhere, in the mountains, by the river or the lake and we enjoy, singing, music, movies. I personally have fun gardening and cooking.
I am very lucky to have spent the last 12 years in this wonderful school with terrific students, parents and coworkers friends.
Please check my website for resources, stay tune for my stories and read aloud for the different grades.
If you have a question please don’t hesitate to e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org
At Heber Valley Elementary, we encourage students to become lifelong readers, read with your child or at your child 20 minutes a day. You cannot buy happiness but you can buy books that is the same. Wait a minute! Instead, you can borrow books from the library!
Dear parents and students,
Now more than ever we need to be safe in the Internet. As we live these unique times, when we have to stay at home to keep far from the coronavirus and keep healthy, we are using our computers and iPads not only for entertainment but also for our teaching and learning activities. I like the thought of teaching our students to become SUPERHEROES in INTERNET SAFETY. I will be sharing with you some tips, stories and lessons that they can do to become THE SUPERHEROES INTERNET SAFETY!
