2016-2017 Device Collection and Distribution Schedule

    Device Deployment:

Students will be able to collect their device prior to the start of school, according to the date and time schedule in the table below.  Each session requires the attendance of a parent/guardian with the student in an annual device orientation session.

Wasatch School District Device Distribution for Timpanogos Intermediate and Rocky Mountain Middle Schools:

Devices for these schools will be handed out on Tuesday August 20.  Device hand-out for RMMS and TIS will take place in the gym at RMMS at the designated time in the information packet sent home. If you have additional questions about the devices, please contact the school's front office.

Device Distribution for Wasatch High School

Student laptops will be distributed on Friday, August 27th.  Students will be called down alphabetically and by grade throughout the day.  Students who are not at school on the August 26th, can collect their device at the Digital Wasp after August 26th.

It is very important for your student to have their device in-hand, charged and ready to go every day at school. Students that have taken time to familiarize themselves with their device will be more successful.  We appreciate your attention to detail in following the schedule and look forward to seeing your student with their devices at school.

     Device Collection:

Device collection will happen by school during the last two weeks of May 2017. Only the laptop given to the student when they received their device are expected to be returned in good condition at the time of collection. Part of the collection process is to examine the device for damage.  Each student will be assessed the appropriate charges based on the damage to the device or lost components.  Individual school collection schedules will be made available in early May and will be posted on the individual school's website. Backpacks, cases, and power adapters will be kept by the students for the following year. Seniors are expected to bring all items back.
