    IT Department Norms:

    After receiving the HappyFox the IT department will make efforts to do the following:

    ·    If the date requested is a possibility to be done there is no response necessary and the teacher will assume it will be done according to their request.

    ·    If you are unable to complete the HappyFox by the date requested, respond with an e-mail, text, or phone call with an adjusted time frame.

    ·    Instant response from HappyFox, so the teachers know that the HappyFox was received.

    With norms in place and additional communication hopefully there will be better success for both teachers and the IT department.
