• Dear Parents and Students,


                I loved seeing your cute faces at Moms and Muffins.  I’ve missed you all so much.  Work is very quiet and boring without your laughter filling the gymnasium.  As the weather has improved, I’ve seen many of our students out getting sunshine and exercise.  I even saw two of our students riding a bicycle built for two.  I haven’t seen one of those in years. It does my heart good to see you out and having fun!

              Keep working on your May activity calendar and the Wasatch County Health Departments Mile by Mile Marathon.   We won’t meet all together at an end date, but you can still do the activity and earn a medal for finishing by May 28th.  I have posted the tracking sheet and more instructions.  This is the information you will need to get started, if you haven’t already.  It’s not too late if you didn’t get to it yet, but you will have a little catching up to do.

     Place the tracking form at home in a noticeable place as a reminder to mark off activity

    Þ  30 minutes of physical activity counts as 1 mile (soccer, bike riding, swimming, hiking, etc)

    • Þ  Participants must mail in the tracking form to the Wasatch County Health Department, c/o Health Promotion, 55 S 500 E, Heber City, UT 84032; or email to HE@wasatch.utah.gov in order to receive a medal for finishing BY May 28th.
