Thank you for all your help with your child, especially with long division. Any support you can offer your child will be greatly appreciated. Each teacher is also available for extra help. We are finishing long division this week with a test on Thursday. Students are also being assigned two reading comprehension tests. Because these are tests, please have your child work independently.
This week students are required to complete all math and reading assignments. Instead of science, we are switching to Utah History. We are starting the ever popular Utah County Project! This is a “May Do” optional assignment. All instructions can be found in OneNote under Week 7 where the rest of the work for the week is located.
On Thursday of this week, our school testing team will be assessing each 4th grade student for Dibels reading through Teams. You will be receiving an email from Mrs. Discher to arrange your child’s testing time. You may also be contacted by your classroom teacher to review essential skills that still need to be mastered.
DLI kids have to enter their Onenote “Claseverde 2019-2020” or “ClaseAzul 2019-2020” and they will find their assignments for this week.
The PTA has some fun activities planned to make the end of this unique year special. Watch for emails that explain them.
