Van Gogh Museum
The Van Gogh museum has lots of options of links for you to explore. They also have art lessons for primary and secondary aged students. When you get to the list of options #7 is "Take a Look Inside the Museum."
The Getty Museum has many of the works of art that you can explore, as well as videos on specific art processes- such as printmaking and weaving.

The Louvre is putting specific pieces of their collection into virtual tours. Right now there are 3 tours- one of Ancient Eygpt, one about the ancient moat around the Louvre, and a collection from Louis 14th. They may add more. You click on that particular collection link and go on the virtual tour.
