• Dear Future Students and Parents,

My name is Malcolm Rose. I am the Agricultural Mechanics/Welding and FFA teacher at Wasatch High School. I want to make you aware of a program each of you can participate in this summer. To help student become familiar with the Ag Shop (Welding Shop) I host multiple project fabrication days. Students who participate in this program will be able to learn and receive the following:
    - Construct a Campfire Grill (visit https://www.wasatch.edu/Page/12396 for more information and pictures)
    - Learn Welding/Fabrication Skills
    - Receive .25 of high school elective course credit
Any student who is enrolled in the Agricultural Mechanics I course for the 2019-20 school year can participate in this project fabrication. I have reserved the following dates for students to come to Wasatch High School Ag Mechanics Shop (Room 414) and construct the Campfire Grill. Students should plan on attend a minimum of two days to complete the project. Typically, students attend consecutive days.
    Fabrication Dates:
    June 17-19 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
    June 24 -26 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
    July 8-10 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Project cost is $20.00. This fee can be paid to Wasatch High School front office. The student should bring the money the day they are to start the project.
If you are wanting to participate and construct the project, please email me at Malcolm.rose@wasatch.edu and let me know which two days you will plan on attending. If none of the set dates work, feel free to contact to set another day and time. I look forward to meeting each of you and helping you develop life long skills.
    Mr. Malcolm Rose
