T-Dap Immunization is required for 7th Grade entry. The 2012-2013 registration will be held the first part of August. As you may already be aware, immuniations are strictly enforced. Proof of the T-Dap immunization will be required by you at 7th grade registration. Once your child has received the immunization, please keep a copy of the shot to bring with you to 7th grade registration. You will not be allowed to register until proof of the T-Dap is shown. Please remember it is a law enforced by the Utah State Health Department that all students are in compliance with immunizations.
