Safety is a priority at J.R. Smith Elementary. An important part of maintaining a safe and orderly environment for our students is the Pick-up and Drop-off procedure.  The faculty and staff are grateful to everyone who adheres to the plan.  We are especially grateful to those who use the cross walks provided by Heber City and only park in designated areas.  Please take a few minutes to review the supporting documents for a refresher on how the system works.  This plan was created in cooperation with Heber City Police, Heber City, UDOT and parent groups.  When followed, this plan provides for the safety of everyone’s child.
